Richard S. Lee, President and Treasurer

Rich has thirty-two years of marketing/sales, distribution management and underwriting experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. He has held a wide variety of officer-level positions with three insurance companies. Most recently, he was Vice President with Prudential Property and Casualty Company. Prior to Prudential he spent seven years with Pennsylvania Manufacturers' Insurance Company and twenty years with CIGNA/INA.

They have been residents of Chester County, Pennsylvania for over thirty years and are active members of several civic organizations. Rich holds a BA from Hobart College and has done graduate work at Drexel University.

Betsy S. Lee, Vice President and Secretary

Betsy has been a secondary school teacher, certified in Latin. She has held leadership positions in several organizations including the Malvern Public Library and the Girl Scouts of America.

Betsy holds a BA degree from Penn State University and has done graduate work at Penn State. Betsy is also a Fellow in the Pennsylvania Writing and Literature Project.

Eric Alvarez, Service Technician

Eric has lived in the area for several years, but grew up in Florida.  He graduated from Dixie Hollins High School in St. Petersburg.  He has broad experience in the trades with strong skill in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general remodeling.  Prior to joining our team Eric was in apartment maintenance for a number years.

Eric's lives with his wife and four children in the Phoenixville area.

Perry Marino, Service Technician

Perry is a Chester County native and comes to us with a strong background in the trades.  After high school, he attended Delaware County Community College then worked at a variety of construction related positions including operating his own construction company for eight years.  Most recently Perry worked for a major local builder.  He is extremely skilled in all of the trades including carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and ceramic tile. 

Perry lives in the Exton area and enjoys fishing and golf, and especially enjoys spending time with his children and new granddaughter.

Bob Flack, Service Technician

Bob grew up in West Chester and graduated from West Chester East High School. For the past six years he lived and worked in Delaware and just recently moved back to the area. He ran his own building maintenance business and has worked for several construction/maintenance companies. Bob is also a certified locksmith.

Bob has over 20 years trade skills including carpentry, painting, electrical work, plumbing and drywall. When not working he enjoys singing in a barbershop quartet and spending time with his family. Bob is also an active volunteer in support of local community events.

Vladimir Aksic, Service Technician

For fifteen years Vladimir lived and worked in Oregon, and came to Chester County over a year ago. A native of Serbia, Vladimir is a US citizen. He graduated from Belgrade High School and holds an Associates Degree from Home Repair Technical School. While in Oregon, Vladimir worked for a painting contractor and for the last ten years, ran his own construction, repair and painting business. With over 16 years of experience in a wide range of trade skills, Vladimir excels at painting, all phases of carpentry, tile work, electrical work, flooring, plumbing and drywall. He especially enjoys remodeling kitchens and bathrooms.

Vladimir and his family live in Wayne. When not working he enjoys freshwater fishing and spending time with his family.
